5 days

Rachel here. So we just finished day 5 of this fever spike virus thing. Poor Reese. I just want her to get better and for things to get back to normal... for the love! In the meantime, I'm trying to keep my chicas busy.

We started working on Emma Grace's colors. She already knows about 4 or 5 of them, but I thought we should get going on the others. We're currently working on cute collages for the fridge. Today EG worked on her red collage. I put the glue down where she wanted, and she did a GREAT job. I love the way it turned out.
Reese worked on the orange one for us. Instead of gluing her objects down, she stuck them to some contact paper. I love the way they look side by side. We'll definitely try to find other ways to collage the colors to make them really interesting. Reese worked on a bird mask. It was a variation of one I found on Pink and Green Mama's site. We had the mask pieces already... I purchased them with the intention of making masks with Reese, so this was the PERFECT opportunity.I hot glued the feathers and beak to the mask for her. She was VERY excited to show Daddy when he got home.

We also busted out a few of the sensory boxes... the girls loved them. I only wish they were bigger, so both could really enjoy them. I wanted to get larger boxes, but knew it would mean I would need more of the base material... ie... rocks, oatmeal, etc... and that got pricey quickly. So for now, these are exciting enough. :)
