Hi diddly ho there! We're still here... still alive... still pregnant... still busy. :) Here's last week in a nutshell. We played outside... A LOT.We did SOME schooling... NOT a lot. :)
I turned 29 for the 3rd year in a row, so we indulged in cake and fruit...
We bought a new car to house our growing brood. Used 2012 Chevy Traverse baby... I heart it.
I turned 35 weeks today. 5 more to go... I'm hoping for 3 more to go... but healthy is all I truly care about.
Bryan re-carpeted the stairs,
weeded and mulched,
and resealed the driveway.
I shopped. :) (For the record... I've been told to lay down and take it easy. I do what I can around here, which is mostly keeping things cleaned and organized. Not supposed to be doing everything I WAS doing a couple of weeks ago. I'm trying REALLY hard, but I'm finding it hard seeing projects that need to be done and knowing that I physically can't do them.)
We cleaned out the garage and moved much of the contents to our storage unit.
We also met with realtors... many times... with many questions, and we've finally chosen one to work with. With just a few little minor projects left to cross off the list, we should be listed soon!!!! :)

Sell THIS house... laundry & dining
Rachel here. This weekend our laundry room, amongst other things that aren't quite finished,
got a makeover. These are the after photos... if you're interested in seeing all the behind the scenes shenanigans, you'll have to click on over to the reno. blog (Movin' on up).The dining room is also completely finished. Sealed furniture, re-centered and hung the mirror, and brand new ceiling fan.
Would love to get some finished photos of the kitchen and living room before the week is said and done. Lots of progress was made outside in between rain showers and tornado watches/warnings... oy... we'd love to have that all done next weekend along with a good start on emptying the garage into storage. Bryan is currently re-carpeting the stairs. I'm starting to think I don't want to move! ;)

Sell THIS house... Master Suite
Rachel here. Here is where the magic happens. And by magic I mean... I toss and turn with my watermelon stomach, and my husband sleeps on the couch. :) The door on the far left goes to the hallway, then we have the master bathroom, and finally our walk in closet.
The floors need to be steamed, and Bryan needs to hang that there mirror... oh and paint the bloody ceiling. It's not really bloody... that sounded bad. :)
And our master bathroom. Besides fresh paint, we replaced the faucets, the exhaust fan, and hung a new shower rod... one of those fancy curved ones... OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH. ;) I have to steam mop the floors, and Bryan needs to reseal the grout. It took me 3 EFFING days to get it cleaned, and it's still not perfect, but it is EXPONENTIALLY cleaner, so that's what's going to have to fly.
I don't think I've ever seen our house so legitimately clean. I mean sure we clean... on occasion... when we are having company, but we're infamous for "don't open that cabinet... or closet... or look under the beds." :) We can honestly say open whatever want... and we won't be embarrassed. :)

Sell THIS house... Bathroom Edition
Rachel here. We got a lot of feedback on the girls' rooms through the blog, email, and Facebook... we have awesome friends... for real. Those two rooms were causing us the most angst I think. To paint the stripes or not to paint the stripes. We decided to go ahead and leave the stripes. If it comes to needing to work into a contract funds for painting... then so be it... I'll pick up a brush. :)
We're feeling pretty confident with the rest of this joint, but I still wanted to share the pix in case someone had some crazy amazing idea and wanted to share. :) We've done/are still doing A LOT of work. Nothing too expensive because of my handy husband/father in law... but just enough to make some updates and make the place look comfy. Our home has 2.5 baths... here are 1.5... I'll share the master along with the master bedroom.
Here is the spare bathroom... aka... Reese and EG's bathroom. Fresh coat of paint, new tile floors, and new faucets. Anyone know the rules for showing a bathroom... shower curtain open or closed????? Yes I seriously just asked that. :)And our downstairs half bath. New faucet and floor.

Baby Boo's new digs
Rachel here. Baby Boo's room is almostsuperclosetobeing finished! :) This past weekend Bryan repainted the ceiling and the khaki walls, while I worked on the decor. The furniture is all from Reese and Emma Grace's baby days, but all the decor is new/handmade.I scrapbook papered her letter with paper I already had, and I think the letter was like $2.
I saw this super easy/cute idea on Pinterest. Paint canvases (7 pk for $20ish at Michael's), find an image online and cut out, stencil onto scrapbook paper (which I already had), and glue. VOILA! These pieces are flanking the baby's window.
This bedding was what we bought for Reese once we moved her to her big girl room and her new crib was converted to the toddler bed. She didn't use it for very long, as the toddler bed was a nightmare. We converted it to a full soon after. When we found out Baby Boo would be another girl, we decided to go ahead and sell the bedding both Reese and Emma Grace used and opt to use our barely used butterfly set.
Butterflies from Target.
For both Reese and EG we had letters for their names in these dots. We decided to change it up for Baby Boo and put the letters for DREAM. Unfortunately I'm having a hell of a time finding a D and R from Michael's, so that's currently a work in progress. :)
Now all we need are the few little personalized finishing touches and a baby. :)

Shared Space
Rachel here. The girls, Laverne and Shirley, are officially roommates... as of last night. This weekend we put the finishing touches on their shared space, and we're all thrilled with how it turned out. All of their stuff has always coordinated, so it made for a super easy transition. Right now they are sharing OBVIOUSLY because we'll be adding another person to the family, but since the girls are close in age, I've always hoped they would share a room... grow up together... share secrets. In fact... the new house will have MORE THAN ENOUGH bedrooms, but they will still share a room... until they get sick of one another. :)
Our house is not very big, so it's super important to use all of our space wisely and still make it look plenty big enough for potential buyers. Here is the girls' new closet. All of Emma Grace's belongings are on the left, and all of Reese's are on the right. EG's clothing has pink hangers and Reese's has white hangers. Super helpful when putting clothes away.It was super important to make sure there was just as much Emma Grace in the room as Reese, so all of EG's decorations have been added here and there the last few months.
The final move wasn't to take place until we had the proper bedding. Luckily Gunner had a set of bunk beds when he was younger, and Dad and Kate wanted them out of their house. :)
Here's what our hand-me-down looked like Friday afternoon.
And then again Sunday night...
The dresser is also divided in half. EG on the left... Reese on the right.
(All of the random baby doll paraphernalia will be hidden in under bed storage once we begin showing the house.)
Reese's shoes on the right... EG's on the left.I think they like it. And it took them over an hour and a half to fall asleep last night... even with no naps... little chatty Kathies. :)
