Happy day after green day y'all! We had an eventful day that started with large chocolate donuts doused with green frosting per Daddy. :) They were scrumptious.
For lunch... yummy green goodness. After Mommy took this picture, she realized she usually cuts our sandwiches in the shapes of shamrocks (but the cookie cutter is packed)... and what's with the white ranch... she's slipping. ;) Luckily Daddy made up for it with more sugary goodness. After lunch snack.
Shamrock cookie sugar high.
Why do my kids look like giants?
Off to Macado's we went for dinner. We've been every year since Reese was born. It's our thing. They go all out. :)
We returned home for green jello, whipped cream, with rainbow sprinkles on top.
Of course there was some silly time.
Hope everyone had a lovely GREEN day!

Going Green
I had "green day" today at preschool. It was AWESOME. We tried about 8 different foods that were green... including guacamole chips (which I LOVED) and capers (which apparently made me want to vomit). Emma Grace had a playdate with Aly... AKA... Mommy had a playdate with Auntie Lu... fun was had all around.
We OF COURSE had to venture on over to Macado's for our annual St. Patty's Day dinner... complete with green beer for the grown ups.
We ended the night playing in the backyard and looking for shamrocks. :) Pretty low key this year... but that's how we roll. Happy St. Patty's Day!

Family Tradition
We headed off to Macado's again this year for St. Patty's Day. Mommy and Daddy have a thing for green beer, and the best place in town to get it is Macado's. Our pictures are nothing to write home about, but they are our memories nonetheless! Mommy packed my dinner for me this go 'round. We're big into sticking to the budget and buying me a dinner that I may or may not eat just doesn't fit within the parameters. :) On the menu: a peanut butter and honey sandwich that Mommy cookie cuttered (Lord only knows if that's an actual word!) little shamrocks from, applesauce that Mommy dyed green, a banana, a chocolate chip cookie with a green shamrock drawn on top a la... you guessed it... Mommy, and finally green marshmallows with green m&ms mixed in! :)
Until next year!

GREEN
Happy St. Patty's Day to all! We took our annual trip to Macado's this evening. The food was fabulous as was the company. We ate with our BFFs the Funk's. Aly was a treat as usual... I can't wait until she can play with me for real!

Macado's
So I still don't understand this whole St. Patty's Day thing, but I did notice Mommy and Daddy drinking some green "water" out of rather large looking fishbowl things. IIII DUNNO! It was fun though... they took me to Macado's for the first time. Everyone was singing and dancing around. There was plenty there to entertain me.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Happy St. Patty's Day you guys!!!! I'm so excited... this is my first one. Now I don't really understand this holiday at all, but Mommy bought me a new outfit... so honestly... who cares what it's about?! :) She even made me wear this silly thing on my head. Now Mommy is VERY against those silly hairbands people insist on putting in their little girls' hair, so people know they are in fact looking at a baby girl. I became a victim of this awful trend today... but for the record... it was a garter Mommy got in the dollar section at Target. :)

Pattison Family Fun Day
So yesterday was Pattison Family Fun Day. The rainy weather and my ability to stay awake and cranky put a bit of a damper on many of our plans. We began by going to The Olive Garden for some lunch. I managed to remain calm and smile at all the friendly people wanting to kidnap me from my family. I never get sick of the "oohs" and the "ahhs."
